Based in Mayfair between Bond Street and Savile Row, we are a small, well established company where our members’ comfort and enjoyment are as important as the specific fitness training experience they receive. We relate the individualised training experience to each member with both training protocol and environment in mind.

Q: What makes Pete Fraser Fitness trainers superior to other fitness trainers?

A: Pete Fraser Fitness trainers are university trained exercise physiologists having studied to BSc. standard, each with over 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry and high level achievers in their chosen sport. This is far beyond any industry standard at present in the UK.

Q: Who uses Pete Fraser Fitness?

A: Our member base includes individuals and peers from a variety of industries including medical, financial, entertainment and the arts. Our members are a combination of both genders and range from 19 to 90years old.

Q: What is it like to use the Pete Fraser Fitness personal training centre?

A: As a member of Pete Fraser Fitness you can expect to be personally greeted at the centre and shown into your private changing room. Audio/ visual entertainments and temperature will be catered for and then your trainer will guide your specialised session, where the facilities are at your personal disposal for the duration of your visit. On completion, your trainer will return you to your changing room and wish you farewell on your departure.

Q: Can Pete Fraser Fitness take care of all my fitness related needs?

A: Pete Fraser Fitness offers a full range of fitness and health services.

Q: Will I need to undergo any fitness tests?

A: Pete Fraser Fitness will provide a basic health screening process on joining. A preliminary PFF fitness test will be administered during the first appointment incorporating basic assessment to provide a working guideline for future trainings.

Q: Are any other tests available at the Pete Fraser Fitness personal training centre?

A: A full biomechanical assessment with our physiotherapist can be arranged. We do have the capacity to perform other fitness testing both aerobic and strength related. More extensive fitness testing services are available through our associated university exercise science centre.

Q: Can I participate in classes at the Pete Fraser Fitness personal training centre?

A: Pete Fraser Fitness does not hold group fitness classes.

Q: Do I need to join Pete Fraser Fitness to use the personal training centre?
A: The Pete Fraser Fitness personal training centre is only available for use by its members.
