Kick Boxing

Kick boxing is a fun and mentally challenging activity ideal for stress relief and fantastic for all-round fitness. Pad work is especially effective for motor skill (co-ordination & reflex) and flexibility improvement. We recommended kick boxing for muscular conditioning and toning.

Our kick box trainers are competent martial arts black belt instructors, they can offer the enquiring client an insight into the world of martial arts during these sessions. As with all other training sessions individual client ability will be carefully assessed therefore both beginners and advanced level participants can enjoy these one-to- one sessions.

A session structure normally incorporates a punch pad work-out with combination arm and leg work followed by abdominal exercise and a flexibility/ relaxation stage.
