For two years now I have been working with Pete Fraser-Smith. When I started I was 65 years old, I had a reasonable level of fitness from swimming and a little running. Since then Pete has transformed me with weight training and carefully ordered running and a range of exercise. I have begun running 10k races and have improved my times consistently over the last year. There is so much to look forward to in my exercise regime, I enjoy it hugely and am very grateful to Pete Fraser-Smith for his motivational skills, understanding and knowledge.
Disciplined, persistent, persuasive, responsible, professional, highly trained. Goal orientated. It’s strenuous but fun- It works.
Even though my diary is constantly full, I regularly make time to see Pete to maintain my fitness.

In 27 years I haven't done any regular physical activities... and I'm 28!

I thank him for his patience, for being so professional, for his kindness, (for not judging me because I couldn't run even once around my block!), but most of all for his dedication. It was a very positive experience thank's to him, to his approach and to his personalized advice to me. I felt and saw the changes.
