In these unfortunate times we are forced to think more and more about our personal safety and welfare.
At Pete Fraser Fitness all our instructors are black belt and beyond martial artists, they have used their extensive training and experience to devise a workshop based approach for teaching personal safety and self defence applicable to every day life. Our seminars and training workshops are aimed at women who may be lacking confidence to defend against possible attackers. We offer clients the opportunity to gain real and effective personal defence skills with an element of fun in a relaxed environment.
