Pete has over 17 years experience in the health & fitness industry ranging from health club management to personal training and exercise therapy. Three years clinical gained from a Harley Street orthopaedic rehabilitation practice. He is university qualified in Exercise Physiology & Human Nutrition.

He has trained and rehabilitated a wide contrast of individuals from elite triathletes and aged knee replacement patients to models and aristocracy. His main area of interest is aerobic fitness, body conditioning, martial arts & kick boxing.

Pete is an exercise physiologist who has research experience of biomechanics in movement during cycling & running.
He has a running background with more recent fell running participation and has competed in triathlon for a number of years. Pete studied the Elite Fighting martial art for 8 years and has attained black belt instructor capacity.

Pete was the founder of Pete Fraser Limited in 2002 & the Pete Fraser Fitness Personal Training Centre at Coach & Horses Yard established in 2004.

Whilst studying for his Bsc (Hons) in Sports Therapy Martyn has also attained a Diploma in Higher Education for Sports Therapy. Specializing in injury prevention and gym based re-habilitation. Martyn also has extensive knowledge in physiology, anatomy and biomechanics incorporating theory and practical experience to help promote education and performance to attain the individuals goals. Martyn’s background in sport has taken him from the AAA’s Great Briton trials in sprinting, whilst representing the Royal Air Force & combined services, to marathon road-running and non-league football. He has gained varied and extensive experience
in aerobic and anaerobic strength and fitness training.

Pete Fraser Fitness is proud to host special guest training with the renowned martial artist Master Aubrey Henry.

Aubrey has a varied background including military service in the Royal Marines and civilian personal security. Aubrey has been training with and instructing in the unique Elite Fighting System martial art for nearly 30 years, he steadily worked his way towards a black belt, expert now Master status. He has participated in professional kick boxing and international level martial arts. He has taught many individuals the art of self defence both on an individual and group basis. He is involved with devising training methods for door security personnel in London and the south. He continues to train others in the art of self defence in London and the South through various clubs and seminars. As well as gaining a BSc in Nutrition and Exercise Science and currently studying for a MSc Nutrition, Jo is also American College of Sports Science (ACSM) Health and Fitness Instructor (HFI) trained, and incorporates academic knowledge with a practical background to improving health and performance. Jo has worked with both individuals and groups. This includes developing bespoke fitness and nutrition programmes for recreational exercisers and individuals wishing to complete new goals, consulting in nutrition to athletes from endurance, speed, team and combat sports, and has been involved in promoting nutrition and fitness to local community groups and corporate clients, offering a range of nutritional information and training advice to complement.
