About Pete Fraser Fitness
Strengthening and refining human movement through experience
The Missing Link In Recovery
For many people, the journey doesn’t end when physiotherapy does, it simply enters a new phase.
After Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists and other practitioners do a sterling job in reducing pain and restoring initial movement. However, once this stage ends, many patients are left to continue alone with a small selection of printed exercises and limited guidance on what comes next.
When a Gym Isn’t an Option
At this point, many people still have a movement problem, a lack of strength, balance or postural control, and often reduced confidence. A physiotherapist may no longer be the right professional to see, yet stepping into a mainstream gym environment is not an appealing or appropriate option.
So where do you go?
Bridging Recovery and Full Fitness
We resolved to fill it.
Pete Fraser Fitness was established in 1996 as a small family business in London. The practice was created to support people in the space between rehabilitation and full fitness through structured, professional exercise therapy and strength training.
Our Approach Remains Unchanged
Our aim remains exactly the same as it was 30 years ago: to help patients and clients strengthen and refine their movement in a safe, professional, and supportive setting.
