At Pete Fraser Fitness, our trainers Pete and Kim are exceptional exercise professionals. We work with clients who require a greater level of expertise than is typically offered by mainstream personal trainers.

Pete Fraser-Smith | Exercise Physiologist

Pete has over 30 years’ industry experience spanning health centre management, exercise physiology, and injury rehabilitation.

His background includes 3 years of clinical experience gained within a Harley Street orthopaedic practice, alongside 20 years’ experience in coaching and exercise physiology. Pete also has research experience in triathlon transition kinematics and has contributed to Men’s Health, Esquire, Mayfair Times, and Women’s Fitness magazines.

Kim Fraser-Smith | Personal Trainer

Kim is a company director and associate personal trainer. After 17 years in the City working on equity and foreign exchange trading floors, she retrained and qualified as a personal trainer.

She has over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, working within the Pete Fraser Fitness private gym in Mayfair and currently in our Cotswold studio. Kim specialises in shaping, toning, and conditioning for women, with a strong focus on movement quality and confidence.
