1. Online – Worldwide

Complete Amateur to Athlete in your own gym or home training environment, anywhere in the world — with or without direct coaching support.

Club Level Athlete Programme – Online

  • Full programme overview and guidance

  • Nutrition advice and foundational fuelling strategies

Olympic Level Athlete Programme – Online

£150

What you receive:

  • Complete 10-week structured training plan (strength & aerobic conditioning)

  • Full programme overview and guidance

  • Nutrition advice and structured fuelling guidance

  • Three 30-minute email consultation sessions with Pete (Weeks 1, 5 & 7)

Ideal for individuals seeking performance progression with expert oversight.

2. In-House Personal Training – Cirencester

Train directly with Pete and Kim in a private, professional setting in Cirencester.

This option provides the highest level of coaching precision, accountability, and progression.

  • Three 60-minute coached strength sessions per week for 10 consecutive weeks

  • Additional training prescribed as required

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Email and phone support during office hours

  • Performance testing at Weeks 1 and 10

This is the closest most individuals will come to experiencing the structure and intensity of a professional athlete’s performance programme.
